Our programs

Our community-based support services are for people with all types of disabilities and their carers.

Perhaps you have recently been discharged from hospital or rehabilitation, or are parents of a child living with a disability, or even lived with a disability your whole life.

We take a person-centred approach to ensure our programs are tailored to everyone's needs.

Educate

It's time to learn what's out there.

Think of us the your "one stop shop", a place where you'll get all the information you need to know to get the most out of life.

Whether you're seeking specific information about your local community, trying to get your head around government supports, or you just want an overview of what's out there, we're here to help.

Lecture

Share

 Local knowledge.

Share invaluable gems and local information with peers who understand your situation.

Supported by our team, you'll have a chance to get together and share your personal knowledge & experience such as :

  • local accessibility friendly cafes, restaurants & businesses;

  • sensory friendly events, activities & services;

  • getting out & about both in and outside of town;

  • local NDIS providers - waitlist lengths, who to call and where to find great service providers;

  • childcare, schools and community groups that are nailing inclusivity; and,

  • the challenges you've faced and how you overcame them.

Modern Accessible Office
